Women's Circles are safe and supportive gatherings designed for women to connect, share experiences and empower one another in a non-judgemental, confidential space.

Often held around the new or full moon these gatherings focus on fostering community, emotional healing, and personal growth through sharing, vulnerability, ritual and deep listening.

What to expect:

~ Safe container: A purposefully, designed, quiet, and intimate, space, with a central altar, to, promote, grounding.

~ Structure: Facilitated rituals and sharing such as check ins, intentional discussion and themes, meditation, journaling or movement.

~ Core principles: The focus is on sisterhood and equality rather than hierarchy, allowing members to feel truly seen and heard.

~ Benefits: Feeling lighter, more connected, less anxious, hopeful, joyful, motivated and empowered.

~ Stress Reduction: Connecting in this way lowers cortisol and releases oxytocin (the "bonding hormone"), which helps regulate the nervous system.

'Refuge for the Spirit'
While rooted in ancient traditions of women gathering to share wisdom and rituals, modern circles are beneficial for combating loneliness and promoting mental and emotional wellness. They serve as a counter-cultural space to, escape daily stress and connect with the divine feminine.

02.
Much like the women's circles, Sacred Woman events and workshops are a sacred space and provide a more educational approach to 'coming home' to ourselves. These events are designed to be more practical, additionally to receiving support and connection, they are about learning take-home-tools to help us transform our lives.
The events and workshops help women find new or deeper insight into important areas of our lives and how to manage or grow in them. The workshops are all well-being focussed, provide skill-building to empower women to feel more confident in self-care, healing and personal growth.

Women leave with evidence-based strategies for immediate use in their daily lives. Knowledge and tools learnt support women with life transitions, creative and spiritual connection, self-care and boundaries, confidence building, relationships, emotional and mental enrichment.

Example workshop themes:
~ Road map to Joy
~ What is finding my purpose?
~ Shadow work
~ Attachment styles in relationships
~ADHD and Women
~Art therapy
~ Understanding toxic relationships

This digital How-to-Guide offers all of the steps in how to make Magical Blessingway, taking out all of the hard work in creating a seamless and stunning event for your loved one (or yourself).

Blessingway a new, Western term, to describe a gathering which is similar to an ancient Navajo ceremony of Native American people's that honours a woman’s passage into motherhood.
The Blessing Ceremony is unlike a Baby Shower, which focuses solely on the gifts for the baby, offering a different type of celebration with a focus on positive reflection, support, and celebration.
05.
Life is one Big Ceremony.

When we bring intention into life's special moments we can enjoy the magic in a much more tangible way, creating golden threads of memories to last generations.
I would be privileged to meet with you and discuss what unique rituals we can create to add a special magic to the life event you are celebrating.
Examples include, blessing way (mother shower), naming ceremony, birthday, anniversary or loss.
06.
This is a mobile counselling service for a one-off debrief session in your home.

In the comfort of your on own home, I visit you to offer a safe space to feel your big emotions, talk through your birth story and have space held just for you. No emotions, thoughts or fears are off limits, we get down to the deep impact the experience has had on you.
After the session you will receive a free copy of my 'Healing My Story' self-help guide, providing you with practical tips to support your recovery and healing journey.
My approach is rooted in Holistic counselling as a social worker, using a
bio-pscyho-social-spiritual approach.
This acknowledges the interconnectedness between our emotional dis-ease and the rest of our life, such as the impact on our physical body, psychological symptoms, the impact on our relationships and ability to engage in society after such an experience and the spiritual impact it has on our spirit.
