Holistic Counselling

Holistic counselling looks at more than just psychological health and acknowledges the interconnectedness of our mind, body, emotions and spirit. ​Modalities include shadow work, EFT, art therapy, symbolism, journalling, visualisation and talk therapy.

Life can throw us a lot sometimes. It can can throw any of us off balance. Relationships, mental health or just being a mother can make holding the balance in life a more difficult challenge. Sometimes we need a safe space to feel our big emotions, talk through life's stresses and simply have space held for us. Holistic counselling uses more than just talk therapy and includes modalities that address all aspects of our being such as mind, body, emotion, spiritual and energy. It draws on and combines the many wisdoms of both Western and Eastern therapies.
